I am pleased with the service provided by Dan King and his colleagues at Bright Light Technologies. His detailed solar panel survey and helpful advice in May 22 was cost competitive with 4 other quotes and led me to place the order in June. Panels were installed early July, with delivery and installation of the inverter late August and batteries in October. Minor issues with meters were quickly rectified, the quality of design, installation and commissioning were excellent and the performance of the solar and battery system has been as expected. Thanks to Dan, Kelly and Andy for a great job.

Thanks to Daniel and the team at Bright Light Technologies for the professional ease with which they handled my project which started as a 2x 2kw pv roof top array on a couple of cottages and quickly grew to add first one then two 10kw ground mounted arrays on the farm and house. This is to report on our dealings with the firm of Bright Light Technologies. Bright Light Technologies installed a solar system at our bungalow. The way we were dealt with by all members of staff was excellent – we were kept fully informed as to what was being done, and any questions we had were answered immediately and with great courtesy. The final installed products, both the PV panels on the roof and the inverter in the loft, look good. The craftsmen concerned obviously take a great pride in the work they do. The quality of the installation is first rate, I cannot in any way fault how the job has been done. Much thought and attention has been paid to the smaller details that make the installation look and perform so good.

Our system has now been running for 1 month now (at the time of writing) with no issues at all. Even in our current cloudy winter weather the system still generates electricity, with no problems. It certainly is a nice feeling to watch the electricity meter running backwards and know you are making money, as well as helping the environment! After sales support has also been first rate, with Bright Light Technologies making several post installation visits to check the system is working well.
